Scheduled Maintenance: Infrastructure Migration (US1)

We will be performing a critical infrastructure migration to upgrade our hosting environment. This maintenance will result in a temporary service interruption for the Salesloft platform.

Maintenance Schedule:
Customer hosted on the US1 Region: Saturday, January 24, 2026. [Starting at 6am EST for an ETA of 16 hours]

During this window, the Salesloft application will be unavailable. Email sending, open/click tracking, and CRM syncing will be paused and will resume automatically once maintenance is complete.

Customer Action: Customers utilizing IP allowlists must update their configurations with our new IP addresses prior to January 24, 2026 to ensure continued connectivity. If you are not utilzing allowlist for App access or other integrations, you may disregard.
