We will be performing a critical infrastructure migration to upgrade our hosting environment. This maintenance will result in a temporary service interruption for the Salesloft platform.

Maintenance Schedule:
Window 1 (US2 Region): Saturday, January 10, 2026. [6:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST Sunday]
Window 2 (US1 Region): Saturday, January 24, 2026. [6:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST]
During these windows, the Salesloft application will be unavailable. Email sending, open/click tracking, and CRM syncing will be paused and will resume automatically once maintenance is complete.

Customer Action: Customers utilizing IP allowlists must update their configurations with our new IP addresses prior to January 10, 2026 to ensure continued connectivity.
